Document Storage

  1. document_storage01Rent a storage unit of your choice, climate controlled or drive up, at published rate. We are currently holding a 10 x 20 climate controlled unit for your company which rents for $115.00 per month plus tax.
  2. We will store standard letter/legal size file boxes which will be your responsibility to obtain. If you need us to provide them, the price will be set at cost plus sales tax plus 15% per box.
  3. Inventory, numbering and sealing of each box will be the responsibility of each customer. ALL materials must be in boxes. Sealing boxes is your choice.
  4. Boxes will be placed on shelving units within the storage unit. All Around Storage will provide shelving units. Boxes will NEVER be stacked upon one another. Shelving units will be placed within units in a manner that will allow a 3′-4′ aisle between each unit.

SERVICES PROVIDED

  1. All Around Storage personnel will pick up and deliver boxes at your request. Your representative calls AAS, requesting pick up of boxes for storage OR requesting boxes from storage.
  2. For boxes needed from storage, the representative indicates the box number(s) being requested. AAS personnel will deliver directly to your company. After you are finished with the boxes, call and we will pick them up at your site and return them to storage.
  3. Any request for box delivery or pick up made by 1pm Monday- Friday will be delivered by 4:30 pm that same day. Orders placed after 1 pm will be delivered by noon the following day. Orders placed after 1 pm on Friday will be delivered by noon the following Monday barring a holiday.
  4. If a pick up or delivery is needed IMMEDIATELY an additional cost of $25.00 will be added to normal pricing with the guarantee of delivery within an hour of receipt of order ASSUMING the order is placed with 2 hours of closing time.

COSTS

  1. Storage boxes will be available for cost plus sales tax plus 15%.
  2. Shelving units are free of charge as are locks for each unit rented.
  3. Round-Trip Charge
    1. $40.00 for up to 15 boxes in one round trip.
    2. Additional boxes over the first 15 will be assessed a charge of $2.50 per box.
  4. One-Way Trips
    1. $25.00 for up to 15 boxes in one trip.
    2. Additional boxes over the first 15 will be assessed a charge of $2.50 per box.
  5. On site shredding will be available at a cost of $.15 per pound.
    1. A signed release indicating boxes to be shred will be required from the customer.
    2. A customer representative may be present when shredding occurs.

BILLING

  1. Storage units may be rented on a monthly, 6 month or yearly basis.
    1. Payment will be due by the 5th of each month if billed monthly.
    2. Rental is subject to Arkansas Sales Tax, which will be added to each invoice.
  2. Cost for document boxes, pick up and delivery will be billed on a monthly basis with payment due upon receipt. Delivery and pick service is subject to Arkansas Sales Tax which will be added to each invoice.
