Document Shredding
SERVICES PROVIDED
- All Around Storage personnel will pick up documents (boxed or otherwise) directly from the customer for shredding onsite at All Around Storage.
- Any request for shredding pick up made by 3 PM Monday — Friday will be picked up and transported to the All Around site by 5 PM the same day. Any request AFTER 3 PM will be picked up by 10 AM the following day. Depending on the customer’s hours of business, this schedule can be flexible and can also include weekend pick ups at no additional charge.
- A “Certificate of Destruction” will be filled out at the customer’s site to verify materials being designated for shredding. Each customer is free to attach any lists of materials, box numbers or any other identification tool needed to specify documents for shredding. A signed Certificate will be returned to the customer once shredding is completed.
- A designated customer representative may be present during the shredding process if requested in a timely fashion.
- Depending on volume, some documents destine for shredding may be stored in a secure storage unit prior to shredding. The unit will be secure
- and will be the responsibility of All Around Storage and provided at NO cost to the shredding customer.
COSTS
- Trip Charge for Shredding ONLY
- A flat fee of $25.00 for up to 15 boxes in one trip.
- Additional boxes over the first 15 will be assessed a charge of $2.50 per box.
- Once on the All Around Site, boxes or loose document will be weighed.
- Total weight will be indicated on each invoice.
- Cost of shredding will be $.15 per pound.
BILLING
- Cost for shredding will be billed on a monthly basis with payment due upon receipt. Trip charges and total weight of each box or batch of documents will be indicated on each monthly invoice.
- Any service included in the shredding process that is subject to Arkansas Sales Tax will be taxed on each monthly invoice.
